Wide, shadowed garden and pool, village at walking distance. All around the villa a wide, fenced park full of mature pine, beech, cypresses and an ancient cedar and where we find a barbecue, a table tennis, a swing for children. And a beautiful swimming pool (size 6 x 12 m. - depth m. 1,60 - aperta dal 01 Maggio al 30 Settembre) equipped with loungers, sun beds and sun umbrellas. The nearby road gives easy access to Petrignano del Lago, reachable also on foot, endowed with restaurants, bars and small shops for basic food. The house is simply furnished but equipped with all comfort to guarantee a delightful holiday.
