We loved this sweet little hotel. Super clean, very friendly staff, great location 4 blocks from water, 8 to train. I accidentally left my wallet, open, on the bed when we left for the race (F1 Monaco!!) and was not too worried - and sure enough, when I got back, the room had been cleaned, and nothing was wrong. Really lovely, simple, well located hotel at great price. Would def stay here again.

My room had a princess balcony that opened on to a pretty courtyard with an orange tree. Despite being in the centre of town, a 3-minute walk from the station, it was lovely and quiet. Room was comfortable and had its own mini coffee machine. Staff were really helpful. Breakfast was a surprise. There was a whole table full of home-made sweet and savoury dishes: tarts, filled croissants, crême caramel, clafoutis, breads, as well as the yoghurt, fruit, French cheeses and hams in the fridge. Well worth the extra 20 Euros. My air conditioning didn’t work, which wasn’t really a problem, as it wasn’t all that hot that week. Am just mentioning it so it can be fixed for the hot summer. I’ll be back!

I loved my stay in Nice at this hotel. The staff was so helpful and my room was perfect. The area was very walkable and i loved being able to just cross the street and go for a swim at the beach. Highly recommend this property!

The property could use some improvements, but overall it was a nice place to stay. The best part of the property is the area. There are many good restaurants nearby, and if you wish to go somewhere else, the train station is within walking distance.
