"We enjoyed the house and the location. The 150 stair steps between the parking and the house are really for fit people, and travelling light is highly recommended. However, once you are up, you really appreciate the view and the calm. You can appreciate a comfortable house in pure sixties style, very cool. The kitchen is small but generously equipped - as avid cooks we appreciated all that was there. We visited the house at the end of January, so the fabulous terrace and the sunlounging space...

"Sehr nette Gastgeber, Susanna und Daniele sind immer auf das Wohl der Gäste bedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet, für 2 Personen ist alles da. Der Garten ist echt ein Traum, mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Kleines Manko, Parkplätze für das Auto sind ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt, etwas umständlich. Wir vergeben gerne 5 Sterne. "Probably the nicest villa we've stayed at in many years of coming to Italy; beautifully situated right on Como with a swimming dock that private boat rentals can also come to directly. "This property has a big problem that you only realise on arrival. There are 134 narrow and steep steps (around 8 storeys) to climb to bring up your luggage (and groceries during your stay). When travelling with an infant and a pregnant wife this is far from ideal. Once you make it up, though, the view pays off the climb. It is stunning! Wer keine Koffer schleppen kann hat Schwierigkeiten da die letzten Meter zur Unterkunft am besten nur über die Treppe zu erreichen ist. Nur wer ein „sehr“ kleines Auto hat kann unter sehr schwierigen Umständen vorfahren. Der Eingang durch Heizungsraum und Waschküche stört mich nicht. Der Telefonkontakt war sehr freundlich also gerne wieder wenn ich in Lugano zu tun habe!"

Gemütlichkeit ist nicht die Stärke des Hauses, bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten (Sofa, Sessel, Liegestühle...) für alle Gäste gemeinsam gibt es weder drinnen noch draußen.
