"The staff here are super friendly, the facilities are clean and well kept. I enjoyed our room, and the bed was really comfy. We had a hiccup where the elevator broke down halfway thru our stay, and we were on the 7th floor! It was pretty awful climbing all those stairs so we really made conscious decisions about what we were doing when! Lol. Thankfully it was fixed on the morning we left, because I was dreading carrying our luggage down."

"All the staff was super nice. The front desk lady Christine checked us in really sweet and pleasant. Super nice staff. Very clean and organized. "The properties location was wonderful! Close to restaurants, coffee shops and a Trader Joe’s grocery store. The location in comparison to Fisherman’s Wharf was very good! Just a quick walk. The valet staff were all very kind and quick. The front desk staff was okay, but sometimes short tempered. The pool was closed due to construction for most of the day, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. I would recommend staying here and come again. "

"We got upgraded for free and the room was like a studio apartment. Had a private patio area. The only thing it needed was a bigger bed, but my husband and I managed with the queen even though we are both over 6ft tall. All the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again."
