"Second year staying on the property. Love the privacy of the location, lake and the well maintained lawn and adjoining grounds. The house is large enough for our family and very well maintained and clean. My sister lives in the area so it’s convenient for us to be together. Shelly always gets back quickly when I have questions. Great place to stay and will definitely try to get back next year."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this conveniently located and well appointed Victorian house. The fenced-in backyard was shaded and offered a great place for our dogs and us to relax a bit outdoors. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Our adult daughter enjoyed walking to the pubs and main streets of town, so the location was great, and we felt very safe in this historical town."

"We had a good time visiting Hannibal, MO. This place was very cute and private. However, you are able to hear the people upstairs walking, talking and their TV when it was on. Also, the shower was very small. My husband’s 6.3 frame barely fit in the shower."

"We had a party of 5 couples from the Kansas City and St.Louis. The house was absolutely amazing and the host, Jennifer was very quick to respond to a couple of questions. Each bedroom was so unique and so large with beautiful and comfortable bedding. Her suggestion of dinner at LaBinnah was spot on! Great Quick Stay and Reminder of the Past
"Loved our stay here. The hotel is definitely in a state of being refurbished but if they keep at it and get it back to repaired, it will be an amazing place. For now, it's a great place for a quick overnight. The breakfast was above par and the staff incredible. Hope we can come back this way and see the progress in the future."
