"We had the suite and the room was absolutely gorgeous! The Wi-Fi barely worked at all which was a little frustrating since we traveled from America and didn’t have cell service, but it was fine. The website also states it has laundry facilities, which is misleading because it does not nor so they actually provide laundry service. They outsource dry-cleaning but don’t advertise that in the fine print. It hard to get around in the area and the public transportation were all on strike so prepare...

"This hotel and staff are WONDERFUL! They offer a good shuttle service that is prompt and reliable. The breakfast spread is fresh and really enjoyable. It is located a little more outside of the city, therefore you will need to get the train to go into Rome City Center."

"I have seen reviews that are not correct. You can use a bus or a train to get around everywhere you want. (Just don't rent a car from Sixt [They will rip you off]). I used the 70 bus to the train station and in an hour you are at the airport, get the 24 or 48 hour pass that covers but the bus and train. If you still have to have a car, they have gated parking for you. The staff speaks English, some better than others. Housekeeping is the best, they do an excellent job, its shows that they care....
