"We had a nice time staying here. The only and biggest downside was the fact that the pool was out of order. Which we did not know (since it was advertised with the pool). So that was a bit unfortunate, other than that the place is lovely."

"VILLA ORCHIDEA is in a great location (you need a car), the local super market in 5 mins away, and the beach less than 10 mins. There is so much to see nearby, such as the Temple of Segesta (20 mins), Zingaro National Park (20 mins) with its lovely walks and beaches, and of course Erice, and Mozia, and Selinunte. There is lots to see and do in the locale and Antonio and Massimo are very helpful. It's a great place to relax and unwind, but also to explore - especially with the kids."

"We had a very enjoyable week in Isola delle Femmine. The villa was very comfortable for 5 adults and benefited from 3 bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen with coffee pod machine. We enjoyed sitting around the pool, and even managed a few swims which were cold as to be expected in March! Easy walking distance into town, for restaurants, coffee bars and ice cream. There is also a well stocked grocery store. If I had to find a negative it would be that the bathrooms could probably do with updating....

Lia, our host was amazing to work with and she helped us secure transportation and even helped with getting groceries delivered to the villa! She definitely went above and beyond. "The photos do not do justice to the place. It is much bigger, airier, and nicer than the photos show. It is clean, there's a lovely garden and grill. The kitchen worked well for cooking. There's a really lovely grocery store within walking distance. The host is easy to communicate with. The location is terrific because it's super close to the beach and to restaurants and other businesses in town. A few specifics: - water pressure in the showers is very weak, so be ready for a slower shower...
