Poorly sign- posted if arriving via National Express Coach to South Terminal. Cumbersome check in at third floor then need to go out to use lift to get up to rooms.
Bathroom is terrible with no shower curtain or partition. Whole floor becomes wet and not even a floor mat to dry the feet. Very unthoughtful design.

"Great location, exceptionally clean and smart, comfortable bed, we had to keep asking for extra sugar and milk in the room , nowhere near enough! Everything else was great, very friendly and helpful staff"
