"Sehr gute Lage, super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, jederzeit erreichbar. Super Wifi und deutsche sat tv sender, kein Whirlpool ;-) dafür Whirlpool Mikrowelle. Der Garten und der bbq waren super, auch sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. In der Nebensaison traumhaftes Oktoberwetter, leere Strände! Supermarkt im Ort, aber günstiger und größere Auswahl etwa 20 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Zu Fuß etwa 10 min zum Strand, mit dem Auto zum Traumstrand nur 10 min. Klare Empfehlung für Piscina Rei. "Am Ende einer Bucht, ruhig und in absoluter Traumlage -10m Luftlinie vom Meer und 50 Schritte vom Sandstrand entfernt - haben wir eine traumhafte Woche in diesem kleinen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist rustikal und retro, was absolut zum Charme des Hauses passt. Es ist alles da, ausser einer Spülmachine - sofern man eine vermisst. "Porto sa Ruxi ist eine ruhige kleine Gemeinde ohne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung liegt an einer privaten, zugangsbeschränkten Straße. Unser Host hat beim Check-in das Tor dazu per Handy fern geöffnet, anschließend wird das Tor per Fernbedienung geöffnet. Durch die Zugansbeschränkung ist alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus liegt mittig am Hang. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wirklich wunderschön. Der beschriebene Strand ist in 3 Buchten aufgeteilt und die Treppe umfasst 160 Stufen, die sich aber...

"Siamo stati in questa villetta due settimane. Posizione fantastica, a 50 mt dalla spiaggia di campus molto bella, ma comodo anche il paese raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto. Presente una doccia condominiale esterna comoda al rientro dalla spiaggia. Casa spaziosa, con addirittura la macchinetta del caffè nespresso! Sul davanti della casa ampia terrazza dove poter mangiare con vista mare. Proprietario molto gentile. Abbiamo avuto un imprevisto risolto in pochissimo! Sicuramente da consigliare!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. We stayed here August 2022 and so glad we chose it. The apartment was very clean and well presented. Everything you needed was provided. The real bonus was the fact that they provided everything you needed for the beach - umbrellas, flippers, beach shoes, snorkel & masks, inflatables, bucket & spades, chairs, balls, beach bags so my children were very happy. "The accomodation was very clean, exactly how it was shown in the pictures. Stefano is a really nice host, if we had any questions he immediatly answered. He also gave us useful tips about near shops and markets or what to see near the accomodation. There is a really nice beach directly infront of the house which was never crowded and we could have space for ourselves. there is a shop with all the necessities 5 minutes away from the house. To the city centre of Cagliari it is definetly too far...

"A huge property ideal for families. Lovely pool, patio, barbecue and grounds. A little off the beaten track so you definitely need a car. A rustic property but very well equipped. Emmanuel was very good at providing information. A lovely 3 generational holiday."

Tucked snugly up a dirt road (just 3km up from Solanas ), Villa Floris was the perfect base to explore from. Our host Alice made us feel so welcome. Her knowledge of the area is outstanding. "We had a wonderful stay in this lovely villa. Our hosts were very welcoming and house was spotless. Solanas is lovely but not many restaurants, shops etc. Google maps not reliable re opening times and days so less local facilities than expected. Ideal for a quiet, relaxing break- car essential."

"We had a fantastic time away. It was just what we needed peace and quiet with nature surrounding you. The grounds of the villa kept our kids endlessly entertained. There was lots of wildlife to see, swimming pool, play area, chickens, football pitch and plenty of shade if needed. Alice was fantastic from start to finish was at the end of the phone if needed and provided lots of advice. Couldn’t recommend this place enough if your looking for sometime away to rest."
