A nice hotel but compared to other 4* hotels it is below standards when it comes to amenities and facilities. The staff were great and our rooms were basic but clean. Breakfast is really not worth it, very poor.

Very friendly and clean

Toilet floor has a pool of water when we’re in. We thought it was Leaking . I cleaned the water and the floor is dry ever after! This room was obviously not cleaned properly! They should be charged for cleaning fees

Located in a great part of Florence. Close walk to the train station with plenty of restaurants around.

Great location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Appreciated dining recommendation to place just down the street that was fantastic! Note the hotel was recommended by the hospital that treated my dislocated elbow. We had no clothes, no meds, no toiletries, and had missed our cruise departure as a result. The hotel helped us with all these issues. Highly recommend!
