"Other than the original lack of overall cleanliness (main floor and kitchen) the villa was very nice. The cleaning crew came back for a refresh and when we showed them the photos, the mopping and how dirty the bucket water was after we washed the floor, they admitted doing it too quick."

"Everything was just perfect. House has a lot of space, was clean and beach infront of house empty (enourmous plus as all other public beaches fully crowded) with translucide blue water. All over I coudn't find better stay with conditions we wanted (big house - 4 rooms, 4 toilettes, big terrasse with lot of seats in different places, direct access to the beach, no stairs to the beach). "Insgesamt war die Unterkunft OK. Wir hatten zwar mit Mücken zu kämpfen, dass wird in der Gegend aber wahrscheinlich normal sein. Leider hatte der Vermieter zu dieser Zeit seine eigene Wohnung als Anbau an die Ferienwohnung fertiggestellt. Wegen dem Baulärm und der Bauarbeiter vor unserer Terasse einigten wir uns auf eine Verkürzung die jeder zu Hälfte bezahlt. Leider hat Paolo sich nicht an diese Abmaschung gehaltem. Auf Anfragen (selbst von Fewo oder vrbo) antwortet er einfach nicht mehr....

"Il Sig. Leonardo è molto disponibile e gentile nel fornire consigli e supporto per il soggiorno. La casa è molto luminosa, pulita con un comodissimo, curato e coperto spazio all'aperto. La stanza matrimoniale è spaziosa, mentre le altre due stanze sono un po' più piccole. Barbecue in pietra all'aperto che abbiamo utilizzato più volte. Consigliamo visita in barca alle grotte della zona di Mattinata e a Monte Sant'Angelo. "
