Be aware there's not much food-wise in Orick, so come prepared with groceries or be willing to drive a bit for restaurants. The house was clean, and I really appreciated the ability to do laundry and how well stocked the house was. You drive by a farm to get there, and the porch has a view of the cows in the field, yet it is totally private.
