They were quick to answer and helped us immediately with a minor problem we had. The AC in the bedrooms cooled quickly for when we needed it in the evenings. We enjoyed the pool. We had an amazing view from our balcony in the C building and could see the ocean and the bay. The pool area is super nice too! And Piscadera Beach is a wonderful place to hang out. Our favorite restaurant was Que Tapa, which was a short walk away. The location is also central to everything you need! "
