“It was good, just the AC was hot, and it might be small for a whole apartment, but we slept in the living room close to the AC, and that improved everything. Other than that, it was amazing!”

“The property is really conveniently located right in the heart of Kailua. Restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, whatever it is you need, it's right there. It was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our regrettably short stay. The welcome treats were also appreciated! “The house was absolutely amazing. All ten of us had plenty of space. The view was stunning. The only thing I can say that was misleading was the references to proximity to locations in Kailua- Kona in the listing. It turns out we much preferred it’s true location up the hill away from the bustle of town. It was so beautiful. I am glad it was not a short walk to Taco Bell as stated in the listing.”

“Property was exactly as described, and looked as the pictures. No complaints.”

“I booked this unit based on the photos, the ocean view, and the proximity to the pool and was looking forward to our trip. After traveling from Chicago for 16 hours and arriving at 7pm, we were given an entirely different unit than what I had booked. The blinds were covered in gnats, the bed linens had hairs on them, there was only one bar stool, and I counted 5 light bulbs that were burnt out. Since we had a late check in and security gave us our key, there was no one that I could talk to...

“Great spot, super comfortable and yes, it does have mini split AC units in the living room and the bedroom, which were very appreciated in the August heat. (Recent addition, photos haven't been updated yet.) It was so nice to have soft coolers and a beach wagon available. If you're searching for the beach chairs, they are in a locker in the trash chute area by the elevator on the 3rd floor -- door isn't locked, just pull (why didn't I think of that, haha).”

“Wonderful stay! The location is a short walk to many restaurants and shops. We loved spending time on the lanai, watching surfers in the morning and sunsets in the evening. We did experience an issue with the air conditioner, but the owners were responsive and made sure the issue was addressed as soon as possible. ”

“We loved our stay here! It is a kid friendly property that checked all our boxes and exceeded our expectations. We were looking for an affordable place that was spacious for my family of 4- me, my husband and our 2 children, ages 5 and 3. With 2 bedrooms, 2 king beds and a living room area it was more than enough space. Parking is extremely convenient, the stall is literally right outside the front door.
