“Super slow trams. Empty towel bins all over the property. Towers are extremely far from front desk and tram wait can be very long! Not ADA friendly as bridges all had stairs and going around them would take very long due to how massive the property is.”

“I thought the property was very well kept. My only complaints were the pool. It was rather chilly especially as some of the days we were there were windy. Also, we did come to this resort for our honeymoon and did mention this to the front desk during check in and there wasn’t an acknowledgement of this.”

“We love here! The beach is in front of the hotel, very easy to access. The pools are pretty nice size, not huge. The room is so clean and nice size, the beds are so comfortable. We love the location as well, it is super easy to access 2 properties so we don’t have to eat everything in here everyday. I wish they have some shower room in the fitness area because our flight is later time so we stayed in the pool after checkout time. That’s the only reason I didn’t like it but I recommend here to...

“Nice apartment, big and quiet. Well equipped. It is in the dry area of Hawaii- no mosquitos and very sunny But the people at the reception are not very friendly and we had no housekeeping. I would have expected this thinking at the price. The carpet needs some urgent cleaning”

“The property grounds were beautiful and serene. We were so happy we chose this place outside the hustle and bustle of Hilo. The trip into Hilo was about 20 minutes, but the drive was beautiful and worth the peacefulness of the property. There were many sites to see within a few miles, such as Akaka falls and the Botanical Gardens.”

“appartamenti con stanze molto ampie, ben forniti, puliti e con parcheggio privato. Nota negativa é che la struttura NON offre pulizie e cambio biancheria durante il soggiorno, nonostante ciò gli ospiti devono pagare una Fee aggiuntiva (non compresa nel prezzo pagato a Expedia) di circa 200 usd per le pulizie finali dell'appartamento. La struttura offre 3 piscine non troppo curate. Posizione non ottimale in quanto distante 1 ora di auto dalle spiagge più belle a nord dell'isola. ”

“The staff was amazing! Valorie was helpful at every turn. The meals were delicious, although the timing seemed odd, dinner being served only Friday, Saturday, and Tuesday nights. The breakfasts were plentiful and filling, the fate being a variety of quiche, fruits, bread for toast, breakfast meat, granola. The ocean views were simply stunning. And the staff mixed fantastic cocktails. Only bad point was the water pressure in the shower being a little low, otherwise everything was delightful!”
