“Beautiful resort. Wonderful Staff. Beautiful lagoon and pools! On site restaurants. This was perfect for our family getaway in Big Island! ”

“We had a great view of the ocean. Nice and clean but it is a long walk from the main lobby to the Ocean Tower. There is a tram, but goes very slow and there are no signs as to when the next train will arrive. It would be nice if they had that. Lots to see and do there and the grounds were beautiful.”

“Ants and coakroaches in the room. Mould and AC leaking. Wet carpet. Microwave not working. Toileteries missing and not replenished. Rooms were not serviced for towels and replishment. Service was poor. Ac door was vibrating when you set fan at high speed and vents were blocked with dirt. We changed 3 rooms 650/210/810 and all room had issue. Not worth money they charged for the trip. We even couldnt sleep 4 nights we stayed there.”

“Albergo datato, foto ingannevoli, la camera era infestata da una sottospecie di blatta, il condizionatore aveva il filtro saturo, emanava un odore di muffa insopportabile, abbiamo chiesto di intervenire più volte, abbiamo ricevuto risposte rassicuranti con la proposta di cambiare camera, nulla è stato fatto, personale scortese faticavano a salutare un posto da dimenticare.”
