“Albergo datato, foto ingannevoli, la camera era infestata da una sottospecie di blatta, il condizionatore aveva il filtro saturo, emanava un odore di muffa insopportabile, abbiamo chiesto di intervenire più volte, abbiamo ricevuto risposte rassicuranti con la proposta di cambiare camera, nulla è stato fatto, personale scortese faticavano a salutare un posto da dimenticare.”

“Very accommodating and friendly staff. We were arriving late and they allowed us to check in late for a fee. The grounds of the lodge are good. Plenty of parking. We had the family room/suite with two bedrooms and a full kitchen, balcony. We loved our stay! It was close to beaches, attractions, sights, good restaurants. The Volcano National park is only 40 min away. Highly recommend! ”

“I thought the property was very well kept. My only complaints were the pool. It was rather chilly especially as some of the days we were there were windy. Also, we did come to this resort for our honeymoon and did mention this to the front desk during check in and there wasn’t an acknowledgement of this.”

“Attractive exterior with plenty of parking. AC easy to use. Noise outside from constant drumming or bass beats a bit annoying. ”

“Location ok, walking distance from black sand beach, not too far from the volcano. Is more an hotel apartment vs hotel. No services for breakfast, dinner, food, supermarket is 20min driving, reception close at 5pm We asked for a sea view room, but, we got a room in a very bad position.”

“A due passi dall'ingresso del Volcano National Park. Sistemazione confortevole, in mezzo alla giungla. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili, ci hanno lasciato una abbondante colazione. Le camere sono accoglienti anche se vista la posizione c'è mota umiditià, ma il posto ricompensa del disagio. ”
