“This is the perfect little cottage.It has everything you need in an efficient layout.It feels very private even though there are other properties nearby. You get your own parking space unlike some other listings in the area.It's a little hard to find, and the rustic path to it is a bit hard to carry luggage on, but once you're there it's heaven.”

“Lovely house with garden. Nice kitchen. Comfortable living room. Screened in lanai for dining. Open lanai rest of space. The outdoor shower is amazing. TV Washer/Dryer, beach towels,beach stuff under house. Cute tiny room with futon. Big master with private bath. Loft room comfy. Minutes to Anini Beach. Note: no AC, no safe for valuables( maybe there was but I did not see one). Truly lovely.”

“Property was amazing and relaxing. Landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. The Bungalow had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Unfortunately, our stay coincided with the historically bad Kona low in mid March. Winds and rain were non-stop and Shelly was very accommodating. She checked in on us a couple of times to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay again if we were back in Hana.”

Downtown Hilo is about 25 minutes from cottage. Richard (host) was very responsive and kind. Overall we enjoyed our stay 10/10.”
