“The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. “Beautiful views, very clean and very good communication! The place had all basic necessities that you need, and it was pretty quiet even throughout the construction happening. Quite expensive but a nice place for your stay for sure! ”

“The thing I liked was the location it was close to the beach and in the middle of everything I didn’t like that our first day there the power was off and the elevators take for ever and only two of the three main elevators work!! Also every time I would walk in the hallway I would get hit from the ceiling I don’t know what it was but it was every time!!! Would I recommend yes and know up to you!!!”

“Good location. The lobby and first floor of the Ilikai are nice spaces. My only complaint is that the small mini-split AC unit is underpowered for this room. We were never able to get the room cool enough. We kept the shades closed but the heat from the windows overpowers this small AC unit. A fan in the room would have been helpful.
