“I didn't get to see much of the spa because you needed to book a facial or massage to use it. I had a pedicure but that didn't count for some reason. Would be nice if you could just pay a small fee if all you wanted to do was get access to the spa area for the day. And maybe put a few indoor plants in there; because there's no windows so it feels a little claustrophobic.”

“The hotel is under heavy renovation/construction which causes a lot of noise and issues. One day the hot water was off from 10 am to 3 pm. To get from the rooms to the front desk you have to walk through a roped off path beside a large area where the workers are working, which will be the lobby. The staff gave us an upgrade to reduce the noise and accommodated early check in. The room was exceptionally beautiful with all of the modern features. Everything is great, from the bathroom to the kitchen. Just enough for everything you need for a stay with children or just two people. Overall satisfied with both stays so far and will likely be booking again.”
