Hotel a Isola di Hawaii

“Non è un albergo così ci hanno risposto ,ma un appartamento con cucina salotto, balcone , un solo caffè offerto ,altri a pagamento ,reception solo per poche ore, no pulizie giornaliere ma solo metà soggiorno, quindi rifiuti etc, a nostro carico il portarli nei bidoni, alle tariffe pubblicate da hotels.com, va aggiunta una tariffa "utility fee" di $ 13,39 day per luce etc, bisogna cercarla in fondo alle condizioni scritta in piccolo, quindi costi aumentati!”

“Tramonto meraviglioso dalla spiaggia privata. Alba dal balcone con vista oceano. Appartamento grandissimo pulito e fornito di tutto. Parcheggio coperto compreso. Ottima location per vedere la costa senza essere in un posto troppo turistico”

“Incredibly good deal for the price. No elevator but my unit was a mini apartment with sofa bed, kitchenette stocked with utensils, cookware and real plates and glasses. Fridge/freezer was much larger than the under counter units in bigger chain hotels. There was even a washer/ dryer. Better than an Extended Stay in that regard. Hotel manager was easily accessible by phone to answer questions and deal with a complicated booking situation. Got it resolved quickly and extremely favorably. Parking...

“Location ok, walking distance from black sand beach, not too far from the volcano. Is more an hotel apartment vs hotel. No services for breakfast, dinner, food, supermarket is 20min driving, reception close at 5pm We asked for a sea view room, but, we got a room in a very bad position.”

“The condos need updating!! Did not expect to have to cross a busy highway to get to the beach!! Build a pedestrian crosswalk!! ”

“The condo was dated. 2” Ceramic tile counters kitchen and bath. Wall to wall carpet dirty. Old kitchen appliances. Limited kitchen ware. Expect to bring everything, salt, plastic wrap, supplies. No beach chairs. Patios outside were nice; views from all windows were exceptional. Pool was comfortable with lots of loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs. We had no contact with any staff, except friendly gardeners. ”

“Beautiful property in a beautiful place. Well maintained condo in a relatively quiet area. A bit far from city center. My first rental where I was required to throw out the trash and run at least one load in the laundry; I was supposed to turn off the thermostat, but I couldn’t figure out how to do that; check out time at 10am is on the early side.”
