“This place is right in the middle of it all. If you don’t plan to go anywhere else on the island this location is perfect, you can walk to almost everything. Even the grocery supermarket is only 0.7 miles away if you feeling the need. The garden/pool view is peaceful and serine, you may even get a view of a mongoose or two. ”

“The condo is very clean and has everything you need. Not very big but perfect for a couple. The view is on a very kind pool and there is also a small spa very comfortable. The position is perfect because is near everything and the center of Kona , 5 minutes or less walking, but you don't hear noise and from your apartment you see only nature or main yard. ”

“Located about 20 mins from the airport. A short walk across the street to beach access. Plenty of parking. Unit is on the third floor (no elevators). A/C unit is only in living room however, if you utilize the 2 standing floor fan's it does cool down the whole unit quite well. Very well maintained and clean. Great for couple, family or self getaway. I would definitely recommend staying here. ”

“We had a fantastic stay. The location was great as it was just off Ali'i drive and we were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The view from the upper balcony was fantastic. I was able to view whales swimming by. We had everything we needed to make some meals and even had some amenities for our trip to the beach. The host was responsive when we had questions or concerns. Overall we had a very nice trip, and would recommend this place for small families to stay!”
