"For the price that we paid, we expected more from this hotel. The room was smaller than expected. There was no luggage rack for us to place our luggages. The toilet also did not provide standard amenities like shower cap, vanity kit etc, which was disappointing. However the overall design of the hotel and the room is very elegant and nice. It also felt clean. The buffet breakfast was ok and there was good coffee. Also, very conveniently located near to the main train station hence easily...

"We arrived from the Venice Airport by bus and found it very easy and convenient to locate the hotel. However, it is a very busy area because it is the only area accessible by car. It is also very close to the train station e.g. 5 minutes distance walk. You can easily get back to the hotel from anywhere in Venice by following the direction to the train which makes it less stressful to navigate Venice. The room was comfortable for three people but did not have blinds to account for daylights, it...

"Handy location close to St. Marks Square yet away from the crowds. The staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived late in the evening and were in search of dining options. The front desk staff gave us a directions to a nearby restaurant that was still open. It was easy to have the hotel breakfast buffet which had a nice selection."

"Located next to the Rialto Bridge, taxi stabd and water bus stop. Very convenient to walk to cafes, restaurants and San Marco square. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My wife forgot her meds when we checked out. We were already in Triste and called the hotel. The GM took charge, found the meds and put them in a safe place for our friends to retrieve as they were still in Venice. Thank you GM and staff. "
