“Fantastic location right on the square, and even better service. Front desk Ben found me coffees at 5a and the restaurant staff was quick and polite. An elevator was being worked on when we check in, so the 2 technicians insisted on helping us schlep 3 cases of wine and rollerbags up 3 flights of stairs. Remodeled room was great too. ”

“When I booked this upscale hotel, it described the restaurant and amenities. The restaurant has been closed for 8 months and the property is remote…so no opportunity to have a restaurant, drink, food or anything after 10 am in the morning. If you want to have any of these…you have to get in your car and drive 4 miles…terrible. The front desk has no clue as well…such a disappointing experience”

Some small annoyances like the stove not working, the keypad locks not working, the toilet paper dispenser broken, the toilet flush broken, the bathroom lock broken (locking me in at one point) etc. Some genuine safety concerns like large wood splinter sticking out of the floor outside of the shower and the safety chain on the front door broken. “It was advertised that there was a lodge to enjoy, fire and all. It was locked the entire 48 hrs we were there. There was a separate ‘lounge’, but interesting….Did not see a soul. Reviews said that there was a yummy organic breakfast, but there wasn’t any breakfast at all. Just referrals to restaurants.
