I immediately reached out to the front desk but they were closed the sister hotel next door sent someone over with clean sheets that I had to change myself. “This place felt more like an Airbnb. Virtual front desk which I never got the pre-checkin link for so I was a little stressed figuring out what our room was and the code. Then the room we got was noisy. We were facing the street and the windows didn’t help with the noise. Also, our bed linens were dirty and since there was no staff around I was not sure how to notify anyone or if there was anyone who could have helped us.
