“Loved my experience and the location. My room was perfect, enjoyed the hot tub and proximity to the beach. Also, was felt extra spoiled by all the extra goodies the staff wouldn’t stop giving us…will be back!!”

“They will let you use beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and beach toys, so you don’t need to bring anything from your home. The beach is right in front of the hotel, super easy walk. Complimentary breakfast is convenient too. Only one negativity is in this district is that there is not so many restaurant choices. So we drove Pismo beach to eat. ”

“Gaining access to the room was easy- especially the flexible option of arriving after hours and using the app to open the door. I honestly had no human interaction to get into the space and upon exiting at the end of the trip. I didn’t see housekeeping but noticed the towels had been replaced and toilet paper roll. HOWEVER. “Outstanding place to stay. Incredible views. Nice trails on top of cliffs and down to the cove. Breakfast good and rooms are very clean.”

“It was a very nice cozy homey hotel. My kids enjoyed their bunk beds and actually wanted to stay an additional night. It’s renovated with minor scuffs here and there but it’s fine. Loved the contactless check in. We arrived a little later in the evening and it was so convenient not having to wait for a front desk receptionist to check in. My mom is also disable so having a room on the first floor made it so easy for her to get in without too much worrying. My only thing was that the AC unit kept...

“There only seems to be one person responsible to get the morning breakfast buffet in order. Way to much work for one person. Tables were not wiped clean at breakfast time. Perhaps Marriott isn't allowing enough time for breakfast staff member. In the afternoon and evenings, I had to ask desk staff to fill coffee urns and they actually ran out of coffee creamers. That should never happen. ”

“The staff and location of this hotel were amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we were on the 2nd floor and we could hear absolutely everything from the room above us. It felt like there was no insulation for a noise barrier. The toilets were constantly flushing and we could hear every movement from our upstairs neighbor. The maids coming through with their carts were super loud too. We barely slept either night we stayed.”
