“A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). “We really enjoyed our stay in Oceano. The home was comfortable and so close to the beach. Yvonne was very communicative. This is a great spot to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. We look forward to heading back out to Oceano next year!”

“Our stay at the upstairs barn suite was great. The two beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and key for us was the AC worked really well! Unfortunately we visited during a heat wave (100+) so this was a big deal! The property is dog friendly (Thank you!!). In the morning, there's a cafe onsite staffed by a woman named Tran, who was so friendly and helpful. She made us delicious breakfast burritos and coffee. I would love to come back to this property in slightly cooler...

“I give this a 5 star because the hosts were amazing and very available for anything we needed. The location is great with a fun park across the street and a short walk to the beach. The couches were not that comfortable. The beds were very soft and comfortable. I do feel there should be attention to detail on some areas that were not that clean. The housekeeper needs to put in bit more elbow grease on areas of the kitchen and floors and outdoor furniture. But in all, it was a very pleasant...
