“Just poorly maintained. Smelled like weed.”

“I love Fairfield layout. The room is very comfortable, two televisions helped a lot with our grandson around. Breakfast is excellent and the staff were very professional and friendly. My only complaint is that the internet was out for a whole day.”

“A clean room and friendly staff are the two things I want from an economy hotel, and White Oaks was excellent with both. The front desk staff was very nice on check in - quick, pointed us to our room, told us about local food options - and the room was already air-conditioned during a heat wave. Staff remade beds and replaced soaps daily. The room was down to the "details". Very satisfied with my stay and would go again if I was in the area.”

“Everything was great. The bed was so comfy with pillows and all. Breakfast was great. The room was clean and housekeeping took care of our room while there. Staff was very friendly. We will stay here again next time we come through this area.”

“El hotel se encuentra muy lejos y en una zona en donde no hay mucho comercio. Necesitas un vehículo. En general el hotel es cómodo pero un poco viejo. Cuando llegamos no había personal que atendiera en recepción, todo fue con instrucciones y claves de acceso. El personal del restaurante muy amable.”

“Hi BW, I stayed here for about 8/9 days. An everything was impeccable from cleanest, breakfast, to amazing staff. Who very helpful and knowledgeable. An, especially the attention they showed my dogs. Thank u!”

“From 7/4-7/6 the pool WAS not available. And that’s because they allowed locals to have their 4th of July family cookouts there from 1pm til they closed the pools at 10pm. I mean so many people that you couldn’t even enjoy the pool because of all the kids & family members that was invited. When us guest paying close to $200 a night & not able to take a dip comfortably because so many people who weren’t even paid guest on the property. I was able to spend less than an hour on the 5th around 1pm...

“Clean room, quick check in and convenient location.”

“Since the property is a bit isolated it would be nice if the bar stayed opened a bit later, ESPECIALLY during major sporting events. We were traveling during the World Cup and we would have preferred to watch the games in the hotel lobby bar but it promptly closed at 10 and we were forced to watch the game at outside bars pr in our room. The front desk was FANTASTIC with my request for a later checkout. Pool was great for everyone during the hot weekend!”
