“We stayed here for 3 nights. The entrance is "unique", where you proceed down an old tunnel, through what was probably an old stable or slaughterhouse(?) and up the stairs. But the apartment was very nice. Well appointed, well maintained. Even though it is on Rue St Claire in the middle of the old-town tourist district, the windows did a great job of keeping out the night-time noise. “Appartamento impeccabile, super luminoso, pulito e con tutto il necessario per soddisfare almeno 4 persone (pentole, piatti, bicchieri , ecc). Garage comodissimo, anche con auto grande siamo riusciti senza problema ad entrare nel posto ed uscire. Posizione centrale, a pochi passi a piedi dal centro di Annecy e comodamente servito da autobus, stazione a due passi. Negozi, bar e ristoranti nelle strade adiacenti. “An adorable flat in the perfect location to see all of historic Annecy. An easy walk to the lake and loads of options for food, coffee and drinks. A note to frequent VRBO users: this property does not include some necessities, like hand soap and shampoo/conditioner. Also, come prepared with coffee if you’re an early riser. And there was no note on available WIFI and the service within the walls is spotty. None of those things affected our stay too much, but be prepared. Overall a fantastic...

“Great studio right in the centre of the old town! Walking distance to the lake, a selection of great restaurants and really well equipped. Perfect base for a solo traveller! Although worth noting given it’s an old building (expected given it’s the old town) that the walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbours and the final staircase up to the studio is pretty narrow/steep so be careful if you have large luggage you may struggle getting up to it. ”
