“Heerlijk verblijf gehad in villa de Baumier! Prachtig huisje, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, goede bedden, 2 badkamers en waar we heel erg van genoten hebben was de airco! Alles was nieuw, schoon en heel netjes. Ook ideaal: supermarkt om de hoek. ”

“Stéphane ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Airfryer in der Küche sowie der Pelletofen, der auch bei schlechtem Wetter eine angenehme Atmosphäre und Temperatur erschafft.Herzlichen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft!”

“Our stay was very pleasant, except the ever present toxic smell of gasoline in the whole house, coming from a large gas tank in the garage. Our friends staying downstairs had to sleep with their windows open. By the end of the one week trip we were just sick of it. Our host Stephane was very nice and helpful though. If the smell got resolved, it would be very nice place overall.”

“Chalet Lomatika lived up to all our expectations and the stunning photographs in the advert were a perfect representation of the property and its surroundings. The Chalet was very well equipped, everything you needed. The location excellent. Our cycling and paddle boarding family made the best of all Annecy could offer. An amazing holiday. Would definitely want to return.”

“Wunderschönes Haus, modern in Ausstattung und Design ,sehr gemütlich und wohnlich. Das Haus bietet jede Menge Komfort , mehrere Terrassen, Pool und Sauna schöne Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder jeweils mit separatem WC. Durch die grossen Schiebefenster ist die offene Küche mit Ess- und Wohnbereich lichtdurchflutet. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem nur wenige Minuten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Dieses Traumhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!”

"Purtroppo non hanno parcheggio, ma ci sono posti davanti riservati per carico e scarico. Le camere sono grandi e pulite, ma non c'è frigorifero, e i bagno si riscalda con una stufetta. È a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e da un parcheggio a pagamento "
