  • Apartment with exceptional views of Lake Bourget and the Dent du Chat mountain. Located 2km from the town of Aix-les-Bains, this apartment is perfect for business trips, holidays, weekends, and even spa treatments. Swimming is possible just across the road, with numerous restaurants at the foot of the building. Completely renovated in 2024, the apartment sleeps 4, including a king-size bed (160x200cm) in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room with lake views. A Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, and kettle are provided. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. Bed linen and towels provided. Ski resorts around Aix-les-Bains: You will find the ski resorts of the Bauges massif, Le Revard and La Féclaz (same lift pass but unconnected alpine areas), Semnoz, which are suitable for beginner alpine skiers but not for experienced Nordic skiers. The Margériaz area offers a more interesting vertical drop for downhill skiing. Note that the Aillons-Margériaz resort consists of two unconnected areas. There is a bus service to Le Revard in winter.

Mi è piaciuto: Posizione
The kitchen, bathroom and all fixtures of the apoartment are good. The apartment is let down by a number of minor- easy to recify- items.There is no dining table and chairs- you have to eat at breakfast bar with high stools. There are no bedside tables for lamps etc. There is no coffee table,The apartment would be revolutionised if the owners spect Euro 600 on furniture.I would still recommend the apartment, Great location with a great view.
