  • Pleasant family house of 140 m2 rated 3 stars, between Lake Annecy and cycle path (20 m), with beautiful mountain views. 6.5 km from the old town of Annecy accessible by the cycle path. Quiet enclosed garden of 1700 m2 with 3 parking spaces, 3 terraces on the first floor + a large covered terrace of 30 m2. All shops nearby within walking distance or by bike. Wifi (fiber) and TV.
    Facing East/South/West. Large living-dining room, Large separate fully equipped kitchen: traditional oven + microwave, dishwasher, 4 gas burners, 2 fridge-freezers. Washing machine. 4 bedrooms with cupboards, including a master suite, 3 beds of 140 + 2 beds of 90, 2 bathrooms (a bath, 2 showers and 2 toilets). Travel cot and high chair available free of charge. Towels not provided. Optional: sheets provided 18 euros per bed at an additional cost.

Sehr schönes Haus mit ausreichend Platz innen und draußen. Gut ausgestattet und auch gepflegt. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und abwechslungsreich, Baden und Wandern sowie Radtour um den See super, die Menschen offen und freundlich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (Restaurants etc) meist gut, Einkaufen vergleichbar zu Deutschland.

Séjour à Sevrier entre amis

Globalement cette maison est idéale pour passer un séjour en famille et amis. Vue extérieure agréable et jardin très bien entretenu avec vue sur les montagnes sympathique . Très calme. Maison bien aménagée et spacieuse .

Le logement de Vincent est idéalement placé pour aller au lac en 5 min à pied. La vue du jardin sur les montagnes est très belle. Le jardin et la maison sont spacieux et bien adapté pour une famille. Les literies sont correctes. La cuisine, le mobilier intérieur vieillissants et l’absence de volets dans la pièce principale pour gérer la chaleur sont les bémols que nous mettrions. Le contact à distance avec Léa a été parfait. Nous recommandons cette maison.

Magnifique séjour dans une charmante maison

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle à Sevrier dans la charmante maison de Vincent et Véronique. La maison est très bien équipée et est idéalement située à quelques centaines de mètres du splendide lac d’Annecy et des principales commodités (boulangerie, supermarché, resto,… tout accessible à pieds). Nous y avons séjourné à 6 adultes et 2 enfants de 1an et 4 ans et la maison convenait parfaitement pour tout le monde. La toute nouvelle terrasse est très agréable en tout temps. Bref, la location idéale pour des vacances réussies !

Très belle maison idéalement située

Cette maison est belle, vaste et confortable. Le jardin entièrement clos est magnifique, il y fait bon passer d’agréables soirées sous le préau spacieux. Les terrasses sont confortables et à double exposition. Est pour le Matin et ouest pour le soir.. Toutt le confort souhaité est au rendez-vous même si quelques petites chises à améliorer. La proximité d’Annecy et surtout du lac à 200 mètres à pied est un must. Nous recommandons chaudement.

Great location, experience was OK

The house’s location is excellent - there’s a pontoon just around the corner and two lovely beaches a 15-20 minute walk away. NCY SUP rent out paddle boards a 5 min walk away, there’s an amazing boulangerie just up the road and we had a fantastic lunch at the Poisson Rouge, which was about 25 min walk along the bike path.The views from the back porch are amazing, and the garden is a lovely place to spend time during the day and the evening.The checkin process was really easy, and the concierge Lea was excellent all throughout the stay.What was a disappointment though was that one week into our 2 week stay, the electricity in the living room, dining room and downstairs WC blew. Lea was very reactive (despite it being a Sunday!) and sent someone round the next day to look at it (the owner also called us to apologise). The person managed to get the living room lights back on by 20:30 on Monday evening, but the problem was a very old circuit in the WC that they couldn’t fix themselves. What surprised me is that as of Monday, there was no further communication from the owner. This means that for half of our stay, my elderly parents who were in the downstairs bedroom had to use flashlights to use the bathroom in the evening. Given the price paid for this rental, I was very surprised that there was no further communication or financial gesture from the owner given that 1 of the 2 toilets was basically out of service for a week.
