"Bella struttura nuova nel cuore del centro di Chicago affacciata sul Chicago River. Camera pulita comoda e spaziosa anche per noi che viaggiavamo in quattro. Personale accogliente e disponibile."

"Struttura storica, tenuta egregiamente, hall meravigliosa, collegata molto bene rispetto ai principali punti di interesse."

"Average hotel but few things: the lights in the room required to be lit singularly everywhere to get some light, very strange to not get them on in the evening after the entrance. Few extra steps required to access the floor of our room after the elevator, not tragic but strange and annoying when carrying heavy luggage. Recommended to use always the privacy card on the door to avoid the cleaning personnel entering your room at 9:00am, even the day of check out. No water bottle available in the room, to be purchased separately at the vending machine on the last floor. For such category of hotel at least 2 free water bottle on the arrival in the room is expected."

"Posizione ottima, personale molto efficiente. Camera quadrupla un po’ piccola e scomoda per 4 persone. Ottimo locale a fianco dell’hotel per la colazione "
