“The room was very clean, housekeeping and the breakfast was good. Staff at the reception was also professional and friendly. We were on back side and had floodlights in the room, maybe turn it away from windows. The pool and hot tub were a good feature….. well used but my husband. It was a relaxing time thank you!”

“Ambiente démodé all’americana anche po’ kitsch con statua di cera e foto gigantografie del proprietario tra l’altro ancora in vita e presente in hotel. Camera accogliente e pulita, bagno posizionato a metà tra la camera e vero e proprio bagno, doccia con tendina. Colazione scardina ma visto che siamo in USA averla inclusa è già un vantaggio. Ristorante attiguo Russell’s ottima carne ”

“Se si vuole andare a visitare le cascate del Niagara spendere poco ed avere un angolo cottura super scegliete questo motel, ottima anche la palestra. Unica pecca non sistemano la stanza giornalmente”

“Der Boden im Zimmer hat überall geklebt und war schmierig, kaputte Kabelkanäle, Zahnpastaflecken vom Vorgänger und ein Waschbecken welches nicht ablief. Insgesamt super in die Jahre gekommen und auf den Gängen roch es nach Marihuana. Aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit haben wir das Frühstück lieber sein lassen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich zu uns. ”

“I had a horrible stay. I felt like the staff was watching me and the guests in my room from the time we checked in until the time we left. It made us very uncomfortable. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and they will never receive my business again.”

“the hotel is a little outdated, the toilet kept clogging and we were told that the toilet has a “water saving” feature. We did not have enough toilet paper, we had to keep asking for it. The complementary breakfast was ok.”

“The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel definitely if you're staying in the Buffalo area.”

“The staff were very helpful & pleasant especially the Bistro staff were very helpful . The room was good but the sink was clogged , the manager said will send maintainance take care of it & reported later that it was taken care of it but we discovered that it was not & had to change room the next day which was inconvenient. I believe the house keeping should have reported this issue before since they supposedly cleaned the room.”
