“I would definitely NOT recommend this establishment, if my LIFE depended on it!! They could care less about their customers. Customer Service and maintenance are a JOKE. The air conditioner was never fixed. in the room. Nor, did I move to the room that was being saved for me. They sold the room to someone else, instead. The management is HORRIBLE!! This African American Female, Solo Traveler was treated inhumane, eleven hours from home.”

“No hot water, both at night and the next morning, the water wasn't even warm. I mentioned it the next morning at the front desk and the employee says, "well I guess we need to look at that" and turned and walked off. No apology, just walked off.”

“Continental breakfast was only waffles and bread. Nothing more in the facility could use some updating. rooms were cleaned very well and seemed to be maintained as a clean facility. Just needs some updating.”

“Horrible Hotel. Wouldn’t let me stay there because i had dogs even though it says pet friendly. Was definitely giving racist even though he was middle eastern or something from some sort of nationality/ethnicity. Stalked us outside while we were in our cars finding another place to stay and kept walking back and forth, staring. DONT RECOMMEND!!! ”

“Last minute room but was surprisingly very clean inside and very quiet despite it being spring break. The bathroom looks to just been remodeled and tub very clean. The cleaners worked very hard and I think management actually cares about their property. Can’t control the people that pay for rooms but they do control the noise and smoking thank goodness. “Dirty, nasty, disgusting. Staff was rude and the parking lot was shady. Everything was filthy and people were doing inappropriate things with each other on the elevator as it opened in front of my 9 year old granddaughter. Never, NEVER again”

“Parking was easy if you were able to get a spot. I did have trouble getting a spot close to my room, but the hotel worker on duty accommodated for me and just switched my room to a closer spot. Staff is accommodating and easy to work with. Amenities are fair. Room was clean. But furniture seemed old and stained. My room did smell like smoke. But I was safe. It was fine for 2 nights. ”

“This was the worse beach experience ever. The room I will say was pretty decent 3 beds. Only one room had tv, fridge too small for barely anything, not enough towels and rags. We had 5 guest and only received for 3 people. The area is very loud, people on drugs, and no respect for others who are trying to rest. On top of that there was no one at desk thru the night. When it was time to check out it took 3 hrs for anyone to come to the desk. We weren’t able to go do anything when we woke to leave...
