“This was a one night stay for us as we were traveling through to Florida. Hotel was conveniently located, well lit, clean, close to shopping and eating establishments. Staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was too firm for our liking but we are used to a Purple mattress.”

“Rooms and floors were very old, stained and dirty. I had to wipe my feet off of grit before getting into bed and before putting on socks. When I checked in, I knew the price from Expedia. What surprised me was it asking for a tip between 18-22% or customized or no tip. Unheard of!! Think this was a very nice place back in he day, but unfortunately time and lack of maintainence and repair has left the property in poor condition. Pity. Continental breakfast was minimal. “We had a roach in the bathtub. Sheets weren’t clean. They forgot to wash laundry so no-one had towels. There was underwear hanging from the back of the bathroom door. The list goes on. It was just nasty.”

“We only stayed one night. The parking lot was clean. There was cameras facing in the cars. I did not have a problem with my vehicle. The room key card worked perfectly the room AC the only problem I had was I did not defend. Didn’t go on high besides that everything else is good. We checked out early in the morning at 5 AM. We wish we could’ve stayed for breakfast but we got hot coffee and hit the road thanks.”

“We had a great stay at Candlewood Suites in Dothan, Alabama. The hotel was very clean, and our room was comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Dothan area.”

“The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because the mattress in my room had a dip in it making the bed uneven to sleep on. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.”

“I enjoyed my stay. It was very clean, peaceful and at the heart of a lot of things. I felt it was safe and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did not hesitate to accommodate any of my needs.”

“When I book with Expedia I get the less comfortable rooms, this time unfortunately, our room was directly above the air conditioning equipment. The noise level was very high throughout our stay, and the vibration from the units was noticeable enough that the bed would shake”

“Room very clean. Plus plus for cold ac and a real shower with all the hot water you need and good pressure. Outside property could use a cleanup and a lil paint but repairs are in progress. Definitely will be back.”

“Well maintained landscaping and property inside and out. Friendly staff. Missed breakfast but the dining area was very nicely done. Room was mostly clean. Toilet paper was not restocked and there was dust on some fixtures. Fan in bathroom did not work. Would not recommend staying on floors 1 or two because the ceilings are thin, meaning that you can hear every footstep or other noises from your upstairs neighbors. Headboards were also loose and loud.”
