Dead bugs on every floor, loud alarms going off due to too many people taking a shower and the bar was closed all 3 days so no food, drinks or coffee was served due to the workers never coming in to work. "Was very impressed to have such a nice hotel so clean and courteous in our small town. We had to plan a stay for the night due to our home AC on the blink and they provided service with a smile! Very pet friendly as well!"

"A must stay. If you are visiting Troy, AL or the local area. The hosts were friendly and accomodating. The rooms where clean and everything we could need was provided. We did not have any kids with us but toys and other entertainment were provided if we had. We appreciated the pet friendly environment. ..."
