“The room appeared clean but old and well used. The smell from the cleaning chemicals was so strong and over bearing that I physically got ill and had to pack up all of ours bags and move out to another hotel. Am fighting for a refund on our room now.”

“Killed multiple roaches during my 7 hour stay, fridge shelves were missing, beds were extremely uncomfortable, toilet was clogged on my arrival and no plunger present to remedy the situation. There was what appeared to be feces smeared on the door and wall in the bathroom Bedsheets had holes melted in them as did one pillow, no washcloths present in bathroom. Extremely disappointed. I will never stay here again.”
