“Very nice stay.”

“The breakfast was cereal, waffles, instant grits.”

“The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The carpet was sticky and disgusting. We had to clean the bathroom areas before we could use them. We arrived late and was too exhausted after a twelve hour drive to get there to fuss about getting another room. Would never stay there again. The staff was friendly enough. The breakfast was inedible other than the toast and bagels.”

“We arrived to the hotel late at night and the staff member who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. It was the perfect place for us to stay with our 2 dogs.”

“One of our beds was definitely not changed blood was on the bed in more than one place we have pictures to prove it, my sister called the front desk and told them that blood was on the bed, the person at the front desk said she would send someone, no one ever came so my sister went outside and saw a housekeeper and she asked that person to change it, the person at the front desk said she didn’t understand what my sister was saying she thought that she just wanted the bed cleaned. “The room was good but the service has been the worst experience of my life. Not to make a long story but Ashley at the front desk is so unprofessional, as is Bailey the manager. I was lied to, I wasted money, and when I escalated the situation, the hotel called me a liar even though I had proof to back up the truth. If you want a relaxing experience at a professional, honest hotel, this is NOT the one.”

“This was our first time to Andalusia, AL. The room could use some updating. It is priced the same as some better hotels. The room was clean.”

“Was it the Taj Mahal no Was it relatively clean and safe absolutely Was the linen stained yes But we did not die check in was easy and quick and I left my house shoes on accident The shower was good and hot and again we survived just fine My lil brothers girlfriend got ate up by something in the bed at the Econo Lodge next door so there’s that”

“Mini fridge wasn’t working and they could use new mattresses and for sure new pillows. But other than that it was very budget friendly for a short stay. Or anyone working in the area short term.”
