“This review will be from the perspective of a paralyzed person in a wheelchair, written on May 9, 2026. Pros: The front door was self-open and therefore a bit hard for my husband to open by himself. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. It was easy to wheel into our first-floor room and then next to the bed, but the bed was rather high and difficult to transfer into.
