“Nice and comfortable”

“For $90 a night they could do better. The lady was nice at the front desk. The first room they put us in the door was open and the lights were all on and the floor was dirty. She did change our room. The next room stunk horribly. The bedding was clean? But also had an odor to where I slept on my coat which I had to air out in the morning. The towels also had am odor to them. ”

“I generally appreciate this property, having returned there a couple times. It is mostly up to snuff in terms of quality of maintenance. However, this time I was not the only one to notice that the hvac has a wide temperature range: it got too hot before it got too cold. My other complaints are minor: the bath tub bottom hadn't been scrubbed in a long time and was a bit scuzzy; the hair conditioner bottle hadn't been filled; and the toilet seat is too small for my large to average body size....

“Very dated it is obvious that the cleaning staff never look up Looked like mold on the ceiling above the sink. Very dated not worth the "plus" rating at all.”

“The room was clean and comfy and exactly what we needed for an unfortunate stay (close to St. Elizabeth for a doctor visit). But it felt better than staying in a hotel. We already booked our stay for a couple of weeks from now for a follow up! Their outdoor common area is wonderful! And the staff is so welcoming!”

“We went down for breakfast at 830 and there was hardly anything left...no eggs, sausage, yogurt, one piece of toast so we shared it. Also there were about a dozen other people that came about the same time so they didn't get anything either.”

“HVAC unit has not been cleaned for years. Should have switched Rooms Broken Window room safety should be a concern. Wingate properties are the bottom of the barrel.”

“We left early in the morning, so I can't rate the breakfast. The hotel is a little old, but the room rate was very good and the staff was so nice. For a one nite stay while traveling, it was very comfortable and clean.”

“The room was clean, however the tub was cracked which was repaired poorly. The outside property was littered with small empty liquor bottles and other trash.”
