“Breakfast was good. Staff were nice and super helpful. Staff responded to changes in reservation and answered questions I had very quick. Rooms were clean with no issues. ”

“The room was clean, updated and comfortable. Their pool and hot tub was actually in service. The hot tub was hot and relaxing! We also enjoyed the variety of the breakfast buffet. They even had a variety of condiments for the food and coffee bar! We would make a repeat visit there again if needed! ”

“I booked this hotel because everyone said how clean it was. Hmmm… in my room the bathroom floor hadn’t been scrubbed in several visits because there were urine spots by the toilet and spots on the floor. The desk hadn’t been wiped down - there was a layer of dust on it and the bottom of the chair did as well. The couch was very stained, we always get two beds because my husband tosses and turns, one bedspread had a bunch of dog hair on it. We do not have a pet and I did not want to sleep...

“Room wasn't very clean - washed down the bathroom door myself before I would touch it. Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade. ”

“Stayed 1 night. The office staff at night and morning were both real nice. The room (126) was clean, no smoke or animal smells. Given it is listed as 2 star, and low cost ($65), it was very good value. Decent average cont breakfast dispensed by the office (to ensure everyone gets some). Some week to week rental, no booking to locals ”

“Good for an overnight stay. It looked like kids were having fun in the pool area. Bedding was pretty old with some stains. Floor in the room was pretty dirty and there was dog hair all over the edge of the beds. ”

“Mom here: the staff were 10/10 friendly. The hotel is currently under construction (May 2026) carpet is pending replacement once construction is over. I have no complaints the bed was comfortable, the room got as cold as we wanted, the shower had wonderful water pressure. The breakfast was solid. No construction sounds outside of 9a-4p. Parking lot was safe and large. Accommodating staff. Last minute stay in Lincoln. Would stay here again especially with how kind people were.. once the hotel is...

“This property is in poor condition. Book this only if you want a quick stay and nothing special. This is very much an older building. Red Lion needs to replace the carpet, replace the beds and remodel the whole building. There were stains on the floor, in the bathroom and on the walls. ”
