“I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was.”

“I loved the location, it was in a nice quiet neighborhood with two convenient stores just feet away. It was located perfectly right off of the freeway and it sit perfectly between restaurants and shopping in Council Bluff and Omaha. The staff were as helpful, courteous, and very nice. I will definitely come back again on our next trip to Omaha.”

“I liked the fact that it was less than $100 to lay my head down and sleep for a few hours. But I wish I would’ve spent the extra money and gone up the street. The fan/air conditioner worked fine. I will just hit the major issues. The TV did not work, the front desk actually called us at 10:35 to see if we were going to stay another night. “There was a “kiosk “ attendant virtually to check in and fix the room card. We stayed 3 nights and had NO HOUSEKEEPING the entire time. Room key had to be fixed every night. NO STAFF ON SITE! had to wait until the next day to just get a blow dryer that should have been in the room to begin with. No staff is horrible. The Virtual attendant was clearly in another country”
