“Have stayed here before - but in the past few years they started charging for parking.. fyi”

“It is located in a nice part of town which we appreciated. While one of the selling points for us was that it was a lower pet rate and they really are pet friendly- our room was ajar when we arrived (11pm) which was a bit unsettling. However the worst part was swinging the door open and having a wave of animal urine smell hit us in the face. Obviously we have a pet but for the pet friendly rooms to have such a strong/overwhelming/gross smell really ruined our stay. It made everything else in the...

“We were put into a room on the 3rd floor and discovered none of the light switches worked. There was a burn hole in the comforter in a non smoking room. They had cheap fluorescent work lights as their room lights. The window screen was torn. We were then moved to a 1st floor room. None of the outlets worked. The floor length mirror was held to the wall with caulking. The mattress was VERY uncomfortable and we only had 2 very flat pillows. I could not sleep. They had an indoor pool but you could...

“The vending machine only had two options available. Both the soda machine and the breakfast bar were already half empty during breakfast hours. There was just one staff member covering both the front desk and the breakfast area, and she was also looking after two young children. The air conditioning unit couldn’t be adjusted for temperature or fan direction, and it blew directly onto my bed all night. If you’re not looking for a very cheap place to sleep, you might want to skip this one.”

“We had a good time and the staff was wonderful. However the Wi-Fi didn't work and we couldn't put our Netflix up because of that. Some of the property was outdated and I thought it was updated I would want to stay there but I don't want to pay for remodel.”

“Was all we needed for a tournament weekend. Staff was cordial and helped with everything we needed. Only downside was no hottub but couldnt argue for the price downtown. Parking was $15 a night unless its full. Breakfast was par. Could see our family staying again. ”

“Our beds were comfortable and the room was quiet and clean. Within three minutes, we were parked in the south airport economy lot after we checked out. Friendly staff. ”

“AC didn’t not work and staff said they put a work order in and when we got back from eating and concert nothing was done. No one was at the front desk when we check out to address this issue.”
