Upon showing up after a 15 hour drive we arrived to find our room dirty bathroom used with used toiletries left behind. “I loved the kitchen, however the elevator stopped working the last 4 days of my trip! staff were nonchalant about it. I will stay at a hotel with daily housekeeping services.
