“The room walls were painted black that way you can’t notice the terrible condition of the room including furniture,a terrible smell and as soon as we got in I uncovered the beds and the sheets were stained dirty and we found hairs , walked out immediately,as a difference I stayed on one super 8 in Webster,Tx and it was impressive clean,that’s why I booked in one of those in Nebraska,receptionist was rude and refused to help me out with this bad experience,they need to change the pictures they...

“Dog hair was all over the rooms and had an odor to the room on arrival!! Was able to open the window to ventilate the room which really helped. However, there was a gap in the screen, and a child could definitely be able to push through the screen on the fourth floor. Contacted hotel and they would not give any money back.”

“Easy to get to. Pretty quiet for being next to a hospital. Beds were comfortable. Not an option for getting just towels and not having the sheets changed. So I just asked housekeeping for towels and hung the do not disturb sign. Parking in the attached garage was not included. Breakfast was decent.
