Hotel a Ceresco

“This was an old apartment complex turned in to a hotel. Our room didn't look anything like the pictures. We had a tiny room, with a dingy couch and dirty carpet. Two women were smoking on our "shared" patio. On the map, we were given with hotel information, it tells you they have a small hot water heater and to plan to wait 25 minutes between showers. The pictures on Expedia make it look like a cute boutique hotel. It's not. Shame on me for falling for the pictures and reviews.”

“The breakfast options were not very appealing. More hot food options would be nice-eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. They do offer instant oatmeal and waffles along with plain bagel, & white bread. Cream cheese, butter/margarine and jelly are also available. I expected to find peanut butter also but it wasn’t available.”

“This place is horrible. Waited for an hour before anyone was even visible that worked there. After attempting to check in we still had to wait another 30 mins to finish checking in due to them not being ready. I arrived on time to check in. No towels for the pool were stocked the whole time I was there. Will not go back. Rather sleep in my car.”

“Reviews of this hotel are not accurate. Definitely not a 9/10 hotel. Expect a basic motel standard. Hole in our bathroom door, chipped toilet seat, overall not a nice property. $10 to extend checkout one hour despite the hotel nowhere near capacity. Was told we couldn’t use our Expedia $10 credit bc we didn’t use it at check in and that’s the only time you can use it. “The humidity in the room was nearly unbearable. I could do nothing with the wall unit to adjust somehow so that it would pull the dampness out. My TV remote kinda sorta worked, but I could not get it to change stations. I gave up and watched stuff on my phone.”
