Hotel a Bennet

“The entire main areaa of the motel smelled like a men’s locker room. The sheets and blankets were worn and scratchy and the pillows were very old and flat”

“The toilet was too !ow in the bathroom. Hard to use. I did appreciate the walk in shower and the safety bars. The shower was nozzle was pretty high though. The carpet in my room could have used a cleaning. Overall I did enjoy my stay and would stay there again.”

“Staff was very unhelpful if you could even find them. Check-in was painful. The motion detector door chime to alert staff that someone was at the front desk was ignored for 15 minutes while we were consistently activating it. We eventually had to call the main phone number and it took another 5 minutes before someone would come to the front desk to check us in. The positives were the room and bathroom were clean and it was quiet. The breakfast was ok with a wide selection of items to pick from...

“They have a really nice indoor pool and spa, and a nice breakfast. There is a washer and dryer, ice, and a mini store with drinks. Several places to eat right across the street.”

“We've stayed here before when traveling west. It's close to the Interstate, not so close that you pick up noise. Helpful staff. Breakfast adequate.”

“Room was outdated and looked dirty although it was probably cleaned. There was blood splattered on the wall, the bathtub looked a little sketch, and I checked for bed bugs just to make sure.”

“Out room had no cove base and the carpet was painted around the edges I felt like they had tried there best to get room cleaned before giving us keys”

“The best thing was the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was poor, no fresh fruit, and limited options. We had no remote the first night and ended having to get one from another room when they were cleaning.”

“Everything was new, clean, and easily accessible. The room was always a bit cool, possibly because of the high ceilings, which were at least very "cool" to look at. The one waste basket was hidden -- behind the toilet which was also in the corner. Small detail, but a cause of concern since we were piling up Kleenex and scrap paper by the tv until we finally saw it. Parking garage was across the street, but as an old rural person, I could have used more direction on how to do it.before I got...
