Hotel a Malcolm

“I generally appreciate this property, having returned there a couple times. It is mostly up to snuff in terms of quality of maintenance. However, this time I was not the only one to notice that the hvac has a wide temperature range: it got too hot before it got too cold. My other complaints are minor: the bath tub bottom hadn't been scrubbed in a long time and was a bit scuzzy; the hair conditioner bottle hadn't been filled; and the toilet seat is too small for my large to average body size....

“Very noisy right outside my room as there was a group of men talking (loudly- they were drinking) right outside my room. Very hard to sleep through it!”

“We went down for breakfast at 830 and there was hardly anything left...no eggs, sausage, yogurt, one piece of toast so we shared it. Also there were about a dozen other people that came about the same time so they didn't get anything either.”

“The room was clean and comfy and exactly what we needed for an unfortunate stay (close to St. Elizabeth for a doctor visit). But it felt better than staying in a hotel. We already booked our stay for a couple of weeks from now for a follow up! Their outdoor common area is wonderful! And the staff is so welcoming!”

“Late late evening arrival, room upgrade AWESOME … power not working in outlets by the bed … had to move rooms … after midnight for all said and done and man I was tired. Complimentary shower items are always awesome but thank goodness I stopped and grab some because there were two bottles of conditioner and one shampoo. Some travelers rely on those amenities. Also no cups in the bathroom which also was under par of my Marriott experience over my travels. No bottled water in the room which was...

“Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Issues i had to contend with included the television remote control did not work. I assume the batteries were dead. Also, the internet was shotty at best. When I was able to access the internet, it was very slow. About 80% of the time I wasn't able to access it at all. I would stay there again due to its location to downtown work activities and social activities. the hotel was clean and inviting, and parking was close.”
