“Very clean and nice rooms”

“Upon arriving around 4:45pm, they were still actively cleaning the rooms we were assigned(requested adjourning rooms). We waited roughly 30 minutes before we could get into our rooms. Once in the rooms, the floors weren’t swept the best and sheets smelled cleaned, but had some stains and there was a dark, coarse hair on one bed. I called and talked to the front desk and they sent the cleaning ladies up and they promptly got new sheets for the beds. The pool was okay. Breakfast the next morning...

“Overall the room was great. Plenty of space for our family of 5.”

“For the price it was not too bad. The bed was too hard for myself and husband. Bring your own pillow the ones they had were so thin. The air conditioner was loud all night rattled so much. Breakfast was good. The entrance was nice and night staff was nice.”

“Hotel was being renovated, so it was a bit unsettled-looking. Staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Reviews must be fluffed up to have an 8 plus rating. Although hotel is being renovated which seems to be an improvement there is a pest control issue. There was a couple of dead bugs at the door then another one in the bathroom the next day, Room wasn’t refreshed or cleaned the next day but there was a tip envelope readily available. Other frustrations included no trash receptacle in the bathroom, plugs on furniture sparked or didn’t work, bed squeaks and no iron or ironing board in the rooms.”

“Breakfast was ok room was beautiful jets in the were out nd like warm water pool was great big as well and a little nosy but overall very respectable environment”

“When I travel the two key points are cleanliness and good beds. Both those points were ok. The facility ok as far as appearance. WiFi reception received a poor grade- it was pretty worthless. The breakfast was a total failure. Cream cheese spread and butter not refrigerated, no fruit, 1 cereal and a couple dry mini muffins. 0 stars for that. Staff was friendly. Kind of an isolated area but never felt worried or anything. Would not say I would never stay again but would probably search other...

“There was only a kiosk for check-in. We were told to sit down until they were ready. We had pre-paid, all we needed was a key card. It took 15+ minutes & it was difficult to understand. ”

“Older Hotel and needs to have someone to come in and look at everyday wear and tear fixes that customers see. But clean for a one-night stay.”

“When I book with Expedia, I don't expect a third party payer fee when I check in. It negated the discount for prepayment. There were a few spots on the carpet that needed cleaning. I did appreciate the opportunity for long term airport parking.”

“We had a great stay! The staff was so helpful. A gal named Kiki at the front counter went above and beyond to make our stay even better. I would highly recommend!”

“Nice motel and clean and comfortable. Nice bed, nice shower and nice big t.v. Excellent internet connection. Breakfast wasn't free. Darn! The restaurant was good too. Except too many texts I got responded. Oh well that's okay. Thanks.”
