“The room was spacious. However, upon entering the bedroom, a wall light was found with broken lights. Immediately reported to front desk. Later, discovered drains in sinks were slow in draining; again, reported to front desk. Rugs in elevators were old and worn. During the morning of departure, could not find a cart to help transport heavy luggage from room to vehicle. Had to take multiple trips to vehicle with luggage. “Breakfast was good. Had to pay for parking and if I knew I wouldn’t have booked. Also said they have a jacuzzi and pool. No Jacuzzi so that was a boo! Also indoor pool was freezing could barely get my legs in. Not good as I was looking forward to swimming. The small fridge in our room has a timer in it so it was off and over night I turned off not keeping items cold as it should. Bad feature and not first friendly. Everything else was fine.”
